By creating an account or using GroomTrack, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
GroomTrack is subscription-based software designed to help professional pet groomers manage appointments, client records, pet profiles, reminders, reports, and business operations.
Account and Subscription
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each subscription covers a single business location. Subscription fees are billed monthly at $29.99 unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GroomTrack for unlawful purposes, share your account credentials with unauthorized parties, attempt to reverse engineer or resell the service, upload malicious content, or interfere with service operation.
Your Data
You retain ownership of client and business data you enter into GroomTrack. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service. We will not sell your data to third parties.
SMS Messaging
By opting in to text messages, you agree to receive transactional appointment reminders and booking updates from GroomTrack or the grooming business you contacted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Intellectual Property
The GroomTrack application, including its design, code, and branding, is the exclusive property of GroomTrack. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any part of the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroomTrack liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
