Cancellation Policy
Effective: May 24, 2026How to Cancel
You may cancel your GroomTrack subscription at any time from the Billing section of your Settings page. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.
What Happens After Cancellation
After cancelling:
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
- You retain full access to GroomTrack through the end of your current paid billing period
- Your account data enters a 30-day grace period
- If you re-subscribe within 30 days, all your data is fully restored
- After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers
No Partial Refunds
Cancelling before the end of a billing period does not entitle you to a refund for unused days. Your access simply continues until the period ends.
Reactivation
You may reactivate your account at any time by subscribing again. If you reactivate within 30 days, all your previous data (clients, pets, appointments, records) will be restored exactly as you left it.
